About us

Who we are

K.E.W Strategy Management advises on company sales, acquisitions and strategic majority stakes — with our own network in real estate and hotel projects, mining and commodities, industry and manufacturing, and energy and infrastructure.

Approach

Review first, approach second

An introduction is easily made. Whether it develops into a serious conversation often depends on whether the opportunity is sufficiently well prepared for the other side to assess it.

So we go through the documents, the market and the figures before approaching anyone, and say plainly where the gaps are. If we do not think a mandate is viable, we do not take it on.

Values

What we hold ourselves to

Discretion

We approach the market anonymously, release details only under a confidentiality agreement, and publish neither clients nor transactions.

Clear alignment of interests

We do not act for both sides of the same transaction and disclose whose mandate we hold and how we are paid.

Selective mandates

We handle a limited number of mandates at any one time and accept only those to which we can genuinely contribute.

Entrepreneurial thinking

We treat a transaction as a handover rather than an endpoint — with consequences for leadership, employees and customers.

Reliability

We keep to agreed steps, deadlines and replies. Saying no is also an answer.

A long view

We work towards transactions that remain sound long after completion.
