Where we work
Four areas in which we have our own network on both sides of a transaction. In each of them we work at company, shareholding and project level.
What we mean by an industry
Sector alone does not determine whether we accept a mandate. We consider whether we can assess the proposed transaction and whether we know suitable counterparties. Both conditions are met in the four sectors below.
In every sector, we work at three levels: the company itself, a controlling stake in a company, or the project with its contracts, permits and operating structures. The appropriate level depends on the tax implications, contractual arrangements, liability considerations and whether rights and permits can be transferred separately.
The process is the same throughout — review, preparation, approach, negotiation. What differs are the review points and the range of counterparties. That is why each area has a page of its own.
Four areas with our own network
Each sector has a dedicated page explaining what may be transferred, the principal due diligence considerations and how a transaction process is structured.
Mandates outside these areas
We deliberately avoid presenting an indiscriminate list of sectors. Our decision to accept a mandate depends on the transaction: whether the position and objective are clear, whether a full sale or controlling majority transfer is intended, and whether we can approach suitable counterparties.
If so, we assess the mandate regardless of sector — including outside the four areas above. If not, we say so in the first conversation — better for both sides than a mandate that falls apart halfway through.
Further areas will appear here once they are genuinely established. We do not list areas in which we do not work.
