If you intend to acquire
We work for parties acquiring a company or project outright or through a controlling majority stake, with the intention of assuming operational and strategic responsibility.
Non-controlling stakes and purely financial participation are not part of our mandates.
Where you may stand
You want to acquire a company
We help sharpen the search profile, identify targets and approach them in a way that actually leads to a conversation.
You are seeking majority stakes
We support identification, review and negotiation through to the transfer of control.
You want to review selected opportunities
We set out the actual state of a company or project and which questions the review should ask.
You are interested in mining and commodity projects
We assess development stage, documentation and transferability — the points on which commodity transactions regularly fail.
How we work with buy-side clients
We do not act for both sides of the same transaction. Whose mandate we hold, and how we are paid, is disclosed before any contact is made.
We do not publish transaction opportunities or maintain a publicly accessible list of opportunities. Information on a specific mandate is shared only with the other side's agreement and under a confidentiality agreement.
We cannot guarantee an outcome. Whether an acquisition proceeds depends on due diligence and negotiation.

Sector, size, region and the level of ownership sought are enough for a first conversation.
